The skills to bring ideas to life using any software you like. 2. A `solution' attitude coupled with a strong belief in what you do / propose to do. 3. Been conditioned to take responsibility and ownership of any work assigned to you. 4. The ability to think on your feet and create and execute ideas in a jiffy. 5. It in you to deliver good quality work, well within deadlines. 6. The passion to take an entire project from conceptualisation to delivery. 7. The desperate urge to work in a pure creative environment. 8. Atleast some experience to boast about in either an advertising agency / design studio or a pure ideas environment. Freshers are welcome to apply but your work better be damn good. 9. An excellent portfolio that we should simply keep looking at in awe. 10.
