We follow what we call the 'film-production-model' for design and development where depending on the requirements of a project, we pick up the best possible talent available (mostly from within the Creativegarh community) and work together till the logical conclusion of the project. And needless to say, if we bond and build a good rapport with a professional, we ensure that we work together, more often. In the process, we have built a very close-knit group of freelancers / professionals who are accessible to each other round the clock / when clients strike. While we have proven to our clients many times over that our 'film-production' model works best, we also have a small team inhouse that manages all projects and helps run the day to day development for existing clients. Even if you choose to work from your own premises, you should be open to come over to our office at a short notice. Also, deadlines and quality are sacrosanct for us.
